MiTek Industries Acquires Production Conveyor Systems, LLC

Chesterfield, Missouri...MiTek Industries, the world's leading provider of engineered connector products, engineering software and services, and manufacturing machinery to the building components industry, announced today the acquisition of Production Conveyor Systems, LLC (PCS) of Columbia, Missouri, a leading supplier of wall panel machinery and material-handling systems to the North American building components industry.

"We are delighted to have PCS as part of the MiTek team. The addition of PCS will allow us to better serve our customers through expanded wall panel and material-handling machinery," stated Gene Toombs, CEO of MiTek.

PCS will be part of a new wall panel division MiTek is creating which will combine various machinery and design software options, thus giving customers a full spectrum of wall panel solutions.

"All PCS associates will stay with the company, including David Ohnesorge and Jason Gregoy, the former owners of PCS," explained Toombs.
